Butter 1 tsp
Basmathi Rice 500 grams
Onion 250 grams
Carrot 2
Green chillies 6
Capsicum 200 grams
Fish (without bone) 250 grams
Aginomotto 1/2 tsp
Leaks and Celery a few
Soya Sauce 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes. Drain it.
Fry Leaks, Celery and Rice in butter.
Cook with one litre of water till 3/4th done. Keep aside.
Cut all the vegetables thin, long, slanting strips.
Fry onion and chillies using 2 tsp oil till tender.
Add all vegetables, salt, aginomotto, soya sauce, Fish and fry till tender.
Mix rice. tasty Fried Rice is ready.
