Broccoli soup

500 gms Broccoli 2 inches Celery Stalk 1 Cup Low fat milk 1 medium sized Onion 4 cups Stock or water 4 cloves Garlic White pepper powder Salt to taste Procedure:
You should cut the broccolis into small pieces and wash them first. Soak them in salt water for 15 minutes and then drain the water. Then cut the onion and garlic and the celery stalk. After you are done you will have to boil roast almonds and then remove from heat after the color changes. After that you have to heat up the vegetable stock along with the garlic, celery and onion. Boil it and then add the broccoli and bring it to a boil for another 10 minutes. Lastly add salt and white pepper powder according to your taste and preference and put some slivers of toasted almonds and you are ready with your healthy and low calorie food - broccoli soup.
Corn Muffins
Ingredients
* 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
* A pinch of Baking soda
* 5 g Chickpea flour
* 10 g Egg white
* 8 g Wheat flour
* 5 g Corn meal
* 10 g Curd
* 1/2 teaspoon Water
* 5 g Carrots
* A pinch of salt
Procedure:
Sieve the corn meal, Chickpea flour, baking powder, wheat flour, salt, and soda all together. Then after you are done with that process you should make an egg yogurt and water batter. Then fold grated carrots in and then put it in a muffin mould. After that you can bake for 20 minutes at 350 F. And you are ready with your healthy and low calorie food - corn muffins.
