| Ingredients:
Cashew (whole) : ¼ Kilo Raw rice powder : 1 tsp Chana dal powder : 1 cup Cornflour : 1 tsp Chilli Powder : 1 tsp Green chilli : 2 Curry Leaves : a handful Garlic : 4 cloves Saunf : 1 tsp Oil : as needed Salt : 1 tsp
Method:
Mix the powders, cut green chilli, mashed garlic, curry leaves, salt with little water in a bowl. Heat oil in a frying pan. Mix the cashews in the pakoda mix and drop small dumplings in oil. Remove when cooked.
P.S. The stove should be in a medium flame.
