1 bunch springonions finely chopped 4 greenchillies corainder leaves 1 cup 2 cups Basmati rice 4 cups water Salt to taste cloves -3 garlic pods - 4 cinnamon stick - a small piece
Preparation: Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes. Grind the chillies, coriander leaves and garlice to a coarse paste Pour a tbs of cooking oil and fry the cinnamon and cloves... Then add the ground paste and stir till the raw flavour goes off. add the rice and fry for a minute and then put all this in the rice cooker in 4 cups of boiling water and add salt to taste.. Finally fry the springonions in oil and add to the rice mixture when it is 3/4th cooked.
