Ingredients for Egg chutney kebab Recipe
Eggs(hard boiled and cut length wise) - 6 nos
Egg white(lightly beaten) - 2 nos
Oil - As reqd for deep frying
For the chutney:
Coconut(grated) - 1/2 of one
Green chillies - 3 nos
Ginger - half inch piece
Garlic - 3 flakes
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - Few
Curry leaves - Few
Salt - As reqd
Preparation Method of Egg chutney kebab Recipe
1)Grind grated coconut, green chillies, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and coriander leaves to a smooth paste.
2)Add lemon juice and salt to the coconut mixture and mix well.
3)Take one half of the boiled egg and cover the cut surface with coconut chutney.
4)Dip the chutney coated egg in egg white and shallow fry.
5)Repeat the process of frying with the remaining eggs.
6)Egg chutney kebab is ready and serve hot with tomato sauce.
