HI THIS SWEETEST DISH .........AND IT IS VERY NICE........I LIKE THIS VERYMUCH........U CAN ALSO TRY AND REPLY HOW IT IS???

SERVES : 3-4

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 GLASS MAIDA(MEASURE IT WITH WATER GLASS)

1 EGG

1PINCH SALT

1 PINCH BAKING PWD (WHICH IS USING FOR CAKE)

2 TBSPN -MILK

1 1/2 OR 2 GLASS- WATER

METHOD 1:

GRIND ALL THESE THINGS IN MIXI LIKE DOSAI MAAVU NOT VERYTHICK

IT SHOULD BE LITTLE BIT WATER.WHILE GRINDING 1ST PUT 1 1/2 GLASS

WATER AND GRIND AND SEE WEATHER THE CONSISTENCY CORRECT R

NOT.......IF U NEED ADD 1/2 GLASS WATER OTHERWISE NO

NEED ......AND KEEP IT ASIDE..FOR 5 -10 MINS

FOR STUFFING:

1/2 OR 3/4 -COCONUT (MAKE IT AS GRATED)

CARDOMOM -2

FRY LITTLE THESE THINGS IN SEPERATE KADAI..NO NEED OIL FOR

THIS...FRY UNTIL THE GRATED COCONUT BOCOMES LITTLE BIT BROWN

AND SWITCH OFF THE GAS AND ADD SUGAR AS PER UR TASTE AND

ADD 1 PINCH SALT..

METHOD 2:

IN DOSAI TAWA PUT THE BATTER LITTLE AS THIN AS DOSAI AND PUT

GHEE FOR SMELLAND TASTE..TAKE THE DOSAI FROM TAWA AND PUT

SWEET GRATED COCONUT SPREAD IN DOSAI AND MAKE IT AS SPRING

ROLL AND SERVE HOT...... Very Happy
