Ingredients :
Chicken : ½ Chicken (300 gms)
Hung Curd : 50 grams
Ginger Garlic Paste : 25 grams
Kashmiri Chilli : 10 grams
Garam Masala : 05 grams
Roasted Jeera : 02 grams
Kasuri Methi Powder : 02 grams
Lemon Juice : 05 ml
Mustard Oil : 25 grams

Method:
 Clean the half chicken; cut into two pieces and put slit marks on the meat.
 Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, mustard oil,
roasted jeera powder, garam masala and lemon juice. Leave to marinate for 2
hours.
 Second Marination: Marinate with hung curd, chilli powder, garam masala,
salt, mustard oil, and kasuri methi and lemon juice. Leave for 1 hour.
 Cook in the tandoor.
 Serve on a sizzler, garnish with Laccha Pyaaz and a large lemon star.
