Try to keep diabetes away!




wake up early, breathe fresh air.(pranayama)
enjoy the morning if only for a while
drink plain cold water, keep bowels clean

keep fit stay trim.
wash the car, cycle or two wheeler
plant those cute flowers fresh
pot them green and youll soon have rainbows
keep surroundings clean
take pride in doing it yourself
the TV remote and newspaper can wait!

Surya namaskar is not just saying hi to the sun
done rightly you can avoid a whole lot of diseases
learn simple yogasanas if you dont already know
if you think you dont have the time
you had better have time to que up at the clinic soon

eat mainly natural foods, sprouts, salads of veg and fruits
stay clear of junk foods, fast foods and refined foods
learn up on wholesome foods
or you'll soon be reading up on pancreas and insulin

love fried foods, cakes and pastries
what about inbetween snacks?
coffee tea and colas
with a dash of chocolate and yummy sweets too?
these are your simple invitation to constipation and diabetes too

chew and eat your food slowly
no time?
then you had better find time to read up on slow healing
blurring vision and the like

do away with sofas, chair and cushions
use them not during the day!
never squat on the floor -all day, weeks, months?
you may start watching diabetes specials on TV soon

think positive , eat natural.
breathe fresh keep cool
and chase that diabetes away!
