Ingredients :
French Beans Boiled : 25 grams
Carrot Boiled : 25 grams
Cauliflower Boiled : 15 grams
Green Peas : 15 grams
Cottage Cheese : 20 grams
Vegetable Gravy : 20 grams
Fresh Cream : 10 ml
Broccoli : 15 grams
Capsicum Diced : 10 grams
Chopped Gravy : 25 grams
Tomato Gravy : 20 grams
Kashmiri Chilli : 05 grams
Salt : To Taste
Oil : 10 grams
Method:-
Heat oil in a pan, add sauté the diced capsicum for 30 seconds. Add
carrots, green peas, cauliflower, French beans, broccoli and cottage
cheese and sauté for 1 minute. Add chopped gravy, tomato gravy,
vegetable gravy, Kashmiri chilli powder, fresh chopped coriander, salt
and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add fresh cream, and cook till the gravy
is thick.
Serve in a serving kadhai, garnish with fresh chopped coriander
