Yummy Mix Vegetable Idli

Ingredients:

Idli Batter : 2 cups
Cut Mixed Vegetables
(Carrot. Beans potato, cabbage) : ½ cup
Onion : 2
Salt : to taste
Coconut grated : 2 tsp
Coriander leaves : 2 tsp

For seasoning

Mustard : 1 tsp
split black gram dal : 1 tsp
Bengal gram dal : 2 tsp
Onion, ginger, green chilli paste : 2 tsp
Oil : 2 tsp

Method:

Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard and dals.
When they are golden, add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
Add onion, vegetables, salt and fry.
Add grated coconut, coriander leaves and mix the vegetable with the batter.
Cook this batter in idli moulds of desired shape and serve with chutney.
