this is a little bit funny story..... the girl Yamini is "me-Rathi".."Diwakar-my friend"...
see ths doesnt happen to you too... 
A DAY WASTED BEING CARELESS
one bright sunny morning,
Yamini woke up from her bed at 8.00am.she felt something uneasy and looked up.
oh , the power had gone!alas!!! 
she then got ready and went down, her dad gave her coffee.
Yamini drank it at once.
Finishing the coffee, she asked her father," dad, when would power come?" 
her mom who was sitting near replied," power would come today.its shut down. Neyveli workers strike."
"oh mommy!! then did u notice any power shut in the newspaper??"
"no, my dear.this is INDIA. you forget how often we have power failures."
Yamini then started her works as usual. 
Servants came for house work, mother said them not to do chutney.
chutney needs mixie, mixie wudnt work without power. 
afternoon, full sweat, guests came, could not on the fan.
clothes were left off without washing as there was no power.
Father could not check his bank account balance, nor could he access his e-mail.
Evening came, its was over 6.00p.m.still no power.
6.30p.m. All nearby houses put their lights ON. 
Then a friend of Yamini , Diwakar, came to Yamini's house.
He asked why the house was dark.
"power shut down.still didnt come" Yamini said.
"May be your home alone has power shut down, or line problem."
Just then Diwakar went to main switch box. 
He noticed that somebody had pulled the main down.
He immediately pulled it up, there were lights everywhere inside the house.
The whole family and the servants didnt notice this small thing.
They have wasted a good day by their carelessness.
moral: this may happen to you too.be cautious.never blame others for your fault.
things to understand:
#never believe what you hear.see it by yourself.
#ask help from nearby , or make your neighbours as your friends.
#never put blame on your surroundings or on the people whom you dislike
#use your knowledge or your brain
#your home, look after your home and care it well.
