Ingredients
Raw rice - 3 tsp
Coconut - 1
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 cups
Saffron - a few strands
Cardamom powder - a pinch
Method
1. Grate coconut.
2. Soak rice in water.
3. Grind rice, coconut and extract milk.
4. Mix coconut milk, milk, sugar in a heavy bottomed pan and cook on a medium flame.
5. Add saffron, cardamom powder and stir constantly.
6. When contents thicken, switch off the stove.
