Ingredients:
Winter bamboo shoots, vegetarian ham and vegetarian chicken: 350 g in total
Seasonings:
Soy sauce: 10 g
Salt: 3 g
MSG: 1 g
Peanut oil: 1 tablespoon
Preparation Work:
1. Scrape the skin off the bamboo shoots and wash them clean;
2. Cut it into slices;
3. Slice the vegetarian ham and vegetarian chicken;
Cooking Steps:
1. Clean the wok and put it onto high heat or full flame;
2. Pour the peanut oil into the wok when it becomes dry;
3. Drop all of the three slices into the wok and stir fry quickly when the oil gets hot;
4. Add in soy sauce, salt and MSG, stir fry until they are seasoned;
5. Dish out and serve.
