Nobody loves problems and everyone wants happy and stress free life. But failures and problems are inevitable in every person’s life. Successful people use these problems and failures as stepping stones to achieve wonderful things in life (Abraham Lincoln) while ordinary people keep on worrying about their and ruin their health and some may even commit suicide.
First one has to recognize that problems and failures are part and parcel of one’s life. Real joy in life lies in solving those problems. 1. Find out the causes for the worries and then stop worrying.
2. Face the facts and don’t run away from them.
3. Do something to restore peace to your mind.
4. To solve your problems, apply the magic formula of “Rudyard Kipling”. The formula is very simple and easy to apply, i.e. putting the following questions to obtain answers for your problems –what, why, when, who, where and how?
5. Get the facts analyze them and have a clear comprehension of the problem.
6. Arrive at a decision: After you have peeped into all the causes, take a decision, what to do and what not to do. Other wise, you will be perpetually in a state of confusion. Whatever decision you take, follow it up fully and faithfully.
7. Be too busy to worry. It is rightly said, “The idle man’s brain is devil’s workshop”.
8. Have faith in God.
God is the ultimate source of peace, strength and power. But that faith is perfect and you have to depend sincerely, to solve your problems. Certainly, God comes to your rescue.
