2 Big Onions – roughly chopped; 3 Dry Red Chillies + 3 Dry Red Kashmiri Chillies; ¼ tspn salt; 2-3 Tbspns Brown or White Sugar or to taste; Lime juice – from 1 Lime or to taste.
Put all the above in a blender & blend to a smooth paste – empty the chutney into a bowl – check the Sweetness & sourness – if required add more sugar or lime juice to taste mix well & serve with Coconut Rice, Ball Curry & Vindaloo.
P N: You could add 6-8 Seedless dates chopped & ground along with the Chutney.
You could use Malt Vinegar 2-3 Tbspns while grinding instead of Lime Juice.
