| Ingredients : Chicken : ½ Chicken (300 gms) Hung Curd : 50 grams Ginger Garlic Paste : 25 grams Kashmiri Chilli : 10 grams Garam Masala : 05 grams Roasted Jeera : 02 grams Kasuri Methi Powder : 02 grams Lemon Juice : 05 ml Mustard Oil : 25 grams Method: Clean the half chicken; cut into two pieces and put slit marks on the meat. Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, mustard oil, roasted jeera powder, garam masala and lemon juice. Leave to marinate for 2 hours. Second Marination: Marinate with hung curd, chilli powder, garam masala, salt, mustard oil, and kasuri methi and lemon juice. Leave for 1 hour. Cook in the tandoor. Serve on a sizzler, garnish with Laccha Pyaaz and a large lemon star. | |
