Ingredients:
Oil – 3tsp
Sombu – ½ tsp
briyani rice or basmathi rice –
2 cup
coconut milk – 4 cups
Small onion mashed – 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Tomatos finely chopped – 2
Coriander leaves – 1 cup
Mint leaves – 1 cup
Green chillies – 2
Soya beans – ½ cup
Peas – ½ cup
Butter beans -1/2 cup
Tumeric powder – ½ tsp
Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 ½
tsp
Salt – according to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add
sombu till it fry then add mashed
onion till come golden brown. Add
ginger garlic paste and green chillies
fry till the raw smell goes, then add
tomatoes it will come soft. Then add
coriander leaves and mint leaves after
2 minutes add the all beans such as
soyabeans, peas and butter beans
then add tumeric powder, chilli
powder, garam masala powder and
salt then add rice then add coconut
milk (or water), close the lid of the
cooker and put lent till three whistle
comes. After pressure went mix well
and serve hot with potato masala. Its
