2 Onions finely minced; 2 green chillies; a dessertspoon of vinegar, salt to taste, Fish (remaining from the previous meal); corriander leaves.
Method
Any cold fried fish - debone, mash lightly & keep aside - to this add minced Onions, 2 green chillies, a dessert spoon of Vinegar & Salt to taste - mix well & serve, garnished with finely chopped Coriander leaves & serve
